Metallic finishes
To improve corrosion protection and appearance, we enhance fasteners with metallic surfaces made of zinc, zinc-nickel, copper, brass or tin – depending on the intended use and requirement. Together with you, we find the ideal combination of protective effect, appearance and cost-efficiency.

Coatings & sealings
Beyond metallic platings, we offer sealings, anti-friction coatings as well as adhesive and sealing coatings and cathodic dip coatings (CDC). This allows friction coefficients to be precisely adjusted, prevailing torques to be secured, or additional sealing and adhesive functions to be realized directly on the fastener.

Fine cleaning
For sensitive fastening components, we offer industrial fine cleaning. On state-of-the-art equipment, parts are degreased, de-oiled, fine-cleaned and ultra-fine-cleaned – in accordance with common standards such as VDA 19.1 and ISO 16232. This gives you defined cleanliness levels for all downstream assembly and application processes, exactly to the required specification.
Functional finishing – precisely adjusting friction and corrosion protection
For the final tuning of friction coefficient and protective effect, we rely on proven post-treatments. Learn more about the individual processes:

Oiling
Defined oil films ensure constant friction coefficients during assembly and protect the parts temporarily against corrosion – ideal for transport, storage and process-reliable bolting.

Waxing
Wax coatings improve the sliding properties and ease of assembly, reduce the tightening torque and at the same time provide light corrosion protection.

Passivation
Passivation creates a protective conversion layer and increases corrosion protection – especially for demanding fields of application in automotive and medical technology.
