About us

GEVAG GmbH is a competent dealer and manufacturer of connection technology with high quality standards. We employ approximately 65 people at our Hagen and Breckerfeld locations. Our customers are well-known companies from the automotive, electrical, construction supply and mechanical engineering sectors.

We are immediately looking for an Order Management Employee (m/f/d) in full-time for our location in D-58091 Hagen.

Your tasks

  • Work preparation
  • Order processing including deadline monitoring (internal + external service)
  • Monitoring and directing all goods flows and inventories to ensure on-time supply to our customers
  • Creation of production orders (in-house production + sorting + trade) and packaging orders
  • Creation of packaging instructions for our customers
  • Monitoring and maintaining price checks and changes with external service providers
  • Master data maintenance in the ERP system
  • New systems (articles, customers, etc.)
  • Representation of the shipping department

Our requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or several years of professional experience
  • Experience in order management or work preparation
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and common MS Office applications
  • Structured and self-organized work
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, ability to work in a team and conscientiousness complete your profile
  • Willingness for professional development
