Job advertisement: Machine Operator

GEVAG GmbH is a competent dealer and manufacturer of connection technology with high quality standards. We have around 55 employees at our Hagen and Breckerfeld sites. Our customers are well-known companies from the automotive, electrical, construction supply and mechanical engineering sectors.

We are currently looking for a machine operator in the processing of screws (m/f/d) to join our team at our site in D- 58339 Breckerfeld.

• Setting up, operating and monitoring machines in further processing in accordance with the work order
• Release and monitoring of production processes
• Ensuring system availability through regular care and maintenance tasks
• Checking the individual parts for dimensional accuracy and quality in accordance with the inspection plan as part of the worker's self-inspection
• Provision of the required tools and aids
• Taking over transportation and assembly measures
• Ensuring order and cleanliness on machines and in the work environment
• Detecting and rectifying faults in operating equipment and tools

• Completed training in the metal sector, e.g. machine and plant operator
• Experience in thread rolling is desirable and an advantage
• Good technical understanding of new systems and technologies
• Confident handling of common measuring equipment and technical drawings
• Team spirit and personal responsibility
• Willingness to work shifts
